Foldable Tasks & Section Headers

Feature Request

With longer lists of tasks - it would be nice to fold the different sections down.

For Example:

I don’t need to reference the ‘Later’ tasks section all the time so this would help in visual declutter & streamlining UX.

Tasks with Breakdown steps & notes would benefit from folding as well - seeing all the notes & steps for every task can feel a little too cluttered / dense, especially with extensive lists

    @Locu is there any eta for collapsible notes. It sounds like a simple feature but has been sitting in backlog for 8 months.

      Hey @Nikhil Titus , thanks for the comment! We’ve been focused on timeline improvements and sessions management.

      We agree that this is important, and we feel the need for it ourselves. The tricky part is making it work nicely with the other tasks list interactions. We already had a first version, but it wasn’t good enough.

      We’ll make this a priority!

    I agree with this. Tasks coming up with all the notes in today view is not ideal. It’s making me take less notes against the task.

    Those are great suggestions.

    We are planning to address this. We’d like to start by collapsing notes when they get longer, which should already help.

    After that, we’ll take a look at collapsible tasks and sections if the issue persists.
