Hijri Calendar With Maghrib-Based Day Change

Hi Locu team,

Thank you for building Locu. I really value the focus and intentional design of the app.

I wanted to request a feature that would be extremely meaningful for Muslim users. An optional Hijri (Islamic) calendar, with a setting where the day changes at Maghrib time, not at midnight.

In Islam, the new day begins at sunset. Having a Hijri calendar that reflects this correctly would make Locu unique and genuinely useful for planning daily routines, spiritual practices, and long-term goals.

Personally, if this feature existed, I would seriously consider moving away from all Gregorian calendar apps, including Google Calendar, and using Locu as my primary planning tool. To my knowledge, no mainstream productivity app handles the Hijri calendar correctly with a Maghrib-based day change, and this would truly set Locu apart.

Even offering this as an optional toggle would already be incredibly valuable.

Thank you for considering this request, and for the work you are doing on the app.
