Locu blocking rectangle from resizing windows

When locu application is started its blocking rectangle app https://rectangleapp.com/ from resizing the windows using “snap windows by dragging” feature.

I think it could be connected to full screen “Session End Glow effect“?
Even if disabled still not working.
